Need help with envelope printer--w700

Hello,

 

Is there any help available to set up a mailing. I will be doing postcards with a mail list that I will purchase from the tax assessor for home addresses.

The software that I have is from 1995 and I have a laptop with windows 95 on it.

Will this machine do the new intelligent barcodes. I will neet to use it by May 2011. Meanwhile, I can use POSTNET.

But I have never ran a mailing before.
