Thank you for your kind words!  You make a great point that, in addition to Jeremy and  Elizabeth, other "PBowers" contribute a lot of great answers. In many cases, it's other users - not the experts - who best understand your issue!

I work for an Exposition Service Company, providing services to other businesses and groups.

I work with many different machines along with the DN525 - Digital Mailing System, which has made doing mail a lot easier.

I am relatively new to using this forum and have found it to be most helpful when I have a question.

When I am not working, I like to relax by reading, volunteering at local animal shelters, writing and painting wall murals and playing golf.

My work with online communities started over a decade ago, not long after I started using the internet.  I've worked on numerous different types of communities during this time on both the volunteer and professional levels. 

When I am not working, I enjoy other online activities such as chatting and gaming, in addition to getting outdoors for swimming, camping, and the like.

Hello ShannonS

This is Trojan, I'm work at a University extension campus in Southeast Alabama. I run the mailroom and do centralized receiving for the campus.  We use a DM575 with WOW to process our mail and maintain an account with Bulk Mail at the Post Office for our Standard Mail.  Our incoming and outgoing mail is up and down at this time and money is always tight so I use as many ways that I can to send our mail at the lowest cost to us.  My biggest problem is try to keep up with this move update and getting the departments to follow all of the requirements.
