I can't even make any other suggestions since as of now, I can't use the software PB supplies with my new meter. So if you could provide 64 bit support, I could use the software and web services.
We have 3 operating computers, but none of them are old enough to still be using 32 bit software. Are we going to have a release soon so we can use PB software?
Thanks. From one new (and incredibly frustrated!) user.

Yes this needs to be addressed. I bet there are many others that just haven't bothered posting.... why it appears based on other threads that pitneybowes does not see this as a priority. I'm not a computer programer, but the software isn't exactly as extensive as adobe or microsoft office or halo or whatever. I'm as of now just waiting for my contract to end unless this is addressed. I won't bother sticking around if this is how you resolve concerns... "ignore them and they'll go away" .... I say this as I purused other threads and it appears nothing is moving in this direction

Thanks for chiming in on this. I would actually encourage anyone else who finds this to be a priority to respond as well - or at least click the Kudos for the thread.
Your messages have been heard and have been taken "under consideration" by a work group. Your input on how widespread the problem is will be useful to them.

I'm with you. As soon as my contract is up in another month or two I'm done.

64 bit would greatly improve an operating speed and memory capacity issue I am having with some PB software

This would really help my business because number one PB actually listened and made it a priortiy to get a 64bit driver to its customers. This is getting quite silly that we have to post to this forum and that forum to continually see ABSOLUTELY NO ACTION. Do you even have something to test? Is this even on PBs radar? Secondly, it would help my business so I wouldn't have to maintain TWO systems (one of which is SOLELY DEDICATED to the Mailstation 2). Should I send you the bill for maintaining the second system (e.g. antivirus software renewal, etc.)? I will call soon to cancel my agreement as this really is becoming a breach of contract as you are not maintaining your software to match with current hardware. Isn't that why we pay a monthly charge...to have up to date software?!?! And lets be real 64 bit has been out for quite some time!

Thank you for your input. I have forwarded your comments to our engineering group and asked for an update on this issue that we can post here.

Add me to the list of people waiting for 64-bit compatible software. I'm sure there are many, many more that are just not posting to this board. I don't have any 32-bit machines at my office. I currently have my postage meter hooked up to a phone line since that is my only option.
Windows XP 64-bit edition was released in 2005, with Windows 7 64-bit being the current edition that I'm using. Let's get with the times, and expedite this!
Thanks.

In Q1 2010, mailstation 2 meters with PC Meter Connect (aka mailstation assistant) software will be Windows 64-bit compatible.
