THINK TANK: How can we make the PB.com website work better for you?

The new delievery confirmation reporting system on the website is very slow.  Horribly slow, terribly slow, so slow that it is impossible to use and it essentially useless to me.  It is so bad that I want the old system back.  To get this new system to work I usually have to refresh my web page numerous times and even then it doesn't work quickly.

The old system was fast, efficient and did what it needed to.  Unfortunatly, by making this new system the only system available for looking at delievery confirmation information, I'm basically locked out of it.

I'm using IE 6.

Add me to the list of frustrated users. I have mail that has had a delivered status for two weeks and no e-return receipt. What gives?

Also, in the old system I could direct emails about status to the people that generated the mail. Now only I can get them and I have to forward them, when I have time.

I like that I can download err's individually. That is, when I get them.

Ever since the new and improved web site was started we have had nothing but trouble, can not see the name of the person who signed for our E-sig's, can not access individual ERR's.  The old site worked.
