Better Troubleshooting

We have major problems with troubleshooting...I know we can call customer support, but often they can't help and we have to wait for a tech...if the problem is minor, that's just wasted downtime for us...a list of common error codes and how to correct them would be helpful...

 

Or a live chat section with technical support...

I have a couple of follow-up questions for you:

 

  • I assume that what you're looking for is a better web-based trouble-shooting section - right? 
  • Are you asking because you've tried the search and topic lists on the Customer Support tab and not found them useful enough? Or because you haven't been able to find troubleshooting help at all?
  • What kind(s) of equipment are you looking for help with?
