I'm using the Smartmailer and am having trouble creating the Intelligent Mail Barcode - I have my mailer ID.  When setting up the mailing, I know there are two different places to designate the IBM - can anyone help me?  Appreciate your help!

With Smartmailer the first place you will need to make a selection for the Intelligent Mail Bardcode (IMBC) is in the presort setup. When you are going through the presort setup you will need to select the option for IMBC as you barcode on the "Mail Piece Setup" tab under the barcode section. The other place that you have to make sure you have the IMBC selected is during the envelope design. The design will normally default to having a Postnet barcode selected so what you will need to do is go to "Edit:" and select "Barcode" and select the IMBC option there to make sure that the proper barcode will generate. I hope that this helps let me know if it does not.
