SmartMailer Rejects

I think it's kinda pointless for SmartMailer to create .REJ files during presort when no records are rejected, thus creating a blank .REJ file.

SmartMailer does not do a great job of letting us know when there are addresses rejected during presort, which we have to mail anyway to satisfy clients but stamp first-class, and possibly the easiest way to view rejects is to simply open the .REJ file at the time of labeling.

Well opening a blank .REJ file to see if rejects exist and do not makes for a few more unnecessary steps.

Re: SmartMailer Rejects

Hey ScottSanders,

Here are some images that may help in choosing how your rejects are chosen within smartmailer.  The file is cretaed with every pre-sort, that is a built in feature of Smartmailer in case rejects are chosen to be seperated.

Thanks,
