Ship Request error

I am new to Pitney Bowes software. My company and a prodcut called Pitney Bowes Ship Request. I am not sure if this is an old product or new product. I have one employee that can not load the software. the error they receive says: File access is denied.
Any ideas how to correct this error. I have others that are running the same software with no problems. This is also a rebuilt workstation that had the software on originally.

Hello NHunter,
The error you are receiving comes down to permission rights. The system rights for that PC have been restricted. If possible you may want to gain administrator rights. It is common for some systems to be locked down by certain IT departments so that it only allows certain programs to be loaded. It prevents just anyone from loading just anything. Have admin rights given to you on this PC and the install will go a lot smoother.
