Sendsuite Help can't close batch

Hey all, Great forums! I'm hoping that someone here might be able to give me a little help. I'm using sendsuite with my PB mail machine and every time I click the "new batch with defaults" button to open a new batch and older batch with the incorrect postage is applied. When trying to close the batch a user receives an error code: 2097153 Does anyone know what this means? Thanks in advance for any and all help/advice!

Hello Mazer,

 

After doing some research on your question most likely it sounds like it is a communication error with the meter.  The error code does not necessarily designate any particular event.  It is simply an "event" code letting us know that an error occurred.  The best way to troubleshoot this for you would actually be to give us a call on our Sendsuite tech line so we can remote in to the computer and trip the meter.  Our number for Sendsuite is 1.800.888.0286.
