Software and Web Applications

Hi,

I just upgraded from Vista to Windows 7.  Now Shipstream/my PC does not "see" the scale.  Is anybody else experiencing this issue, and/or know of a solution?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello JSN1969,

I checked into this for you and I found out that as of right now we are not currently supporting Windows 7 with the Shipstream software or scales. I apologize for the inconeniece that I know this is causing you.

Hi Aaron,

Thank you for the prompt response.  When do you anticipate you will be supporting Windows 7?  All new PCs will be shipped with this software.

Unfortunatly I do not have any infomration regarding a date when Windows 7 will be receiving support with the Shipstream program.
