Who do I contact to verify an address that the local post office indicates is an accurate address but SmartMailer give it E411 error code. I call the post office and they told me to call SmartMailer.

For a situation like this, it would be best to call our service department and speak to a Smartmailer technical support agent.  You can call our service department at 1-800-522-0020.

Thank you Jeremy. That's a different number than what the USPS gave me. I'll give them a call.
