I did not receive any instructions prior to the update.

 

I did dial into pitney bowes on May 11 and the updates automaticly occured with my mail station 2.

Hi Charline,

 

Don't forget about our Rate Change website www.pb.com/ratechange.  This site has the latest information on rate changes as well as instructions on how to download.  Also you log in to My Account, you will be able to see information about your specific equipment, like whether you have the latest rates and software.

At first it was a little confusing trying to match our model and serial number, but then it all went nice and smoothly.

Can you tell me what was confusing for you along with what you suggest we do to improve the issue you had (what model machine do you have)?  This is that I'm here for...to listen to you and try to incorporate your suggestion(s) prior to the next rate change (whenever that will be).

Unfortunately, we did not receive the instructions at the time stated, and when we tried to download the system was not working properly.  We had to have help with the download, and everything worked fine.

Hello Glennie,

 

What model machine do you have and what was not working for you?  Remember, we have a rate change web site.  It's www.pb.com/ratechange.  Here you can find information on downloading rates and setting the default postage amount on your meter.  Also, if you register/log in to My Account, you can get detailed information like the latest rates and software in your machine as well as if you have an updated that hasn't been downloaded yet.  Lot's of good information.

This rate download went very fast and smooth.  We received notices by mail and by e-mail and were prompted to download rates at the K700.  Instructions were simple and easy to understand.  We received a download confirmation in the K700 display window and were able to print a confirmation.

Hi we use the DM500 here in our office.

 

1) Yes, I did download prior to the effective date (04/29/2009).

2) Yes, I received instructions via mail.

3) Yes.

4) No trouble at all, worked perfectly.

5) Yes, the mailer confirmed the download.  Also received an email confirmation that afternoon.

6) Yes, there was also a software update as well.

 

Your dowload instructions have improved over the years, they are very easy to understand & follow.  Thank you.
