Thank you for your message.  Could you let us know the model number of the mail machine you have?  Once we know what machine you have, we can let you know how this is typically setup.

I just have an E707. But I certify about 24 letters a month.

Thanks so much for providing us the model number of your meter.  Unfortunately, your E707 does not have the capabilities, nor can it be enhanced with additional software to electronically file Certified Mail or eRR.

If the benefits of electronic services is of interest to you, please contact Pitney Bowes.  Other meters for low-volume mailers do have those capabilities.
