Meet the Experts: Elizabeth Lombard and Jeremy Canfield
Please welcome Elizabeth Lombard, Pitney Bowes' resident expert on Postal Regulations, and Jeremy Canfield, our Product Support Specialist for e-certified and e-signature issues. This month, they will answer your questions these important USPS extra services and how to implement them on your Pitney Bowes equipment.
Elizabeth Lombard began her career with Pitney Bowes in 1997. She is the National Postal-Carrier Manager with the Learning and Performance group of Pitney Bowes. Her responsibilities include the development and implementation of the Mailstream Education and Certification Program for the Pitney Bowes sales organization. Additionally, she supports Pitney Bowes marketing, line of business, and engineers as a subject matter expert relative to postal regulations and mailstream applications. She serves as a type of liaison between Pitney Bowes and the National Pricing and Classification Service Center as part of the National Customer Rulings process to support PB internal and external customers.
Jeremy Canfield is a product support specialist. One of Jeremy's main areas of expertise is quickly diagnosing issues with missing Tracking Data / Signatures on pb.com. Through understanding USPS regulations regarding Electronic ("E") Tracking Numbers and Signatures, such as how a Mailer ID# can cause data to not transmit to pb.com successfully, he is able to quickly pin-point why data is not showing properly online, and apply a quick and efficient solution to these issues. Jeremy also does technical support on the mail machines and some software program, and can assist in proper setup of the Pitney Bowes hardware/software, as it is related to E-Certified and E-Return Receipt.
As regular visitors know, Jeremy is also our "Answer-person-in-chief" here at the user forum. Almost anyone who has asked a question has had some help from Jeremy.
