Certificate of Mailing

Hi,

 

Does PB or any other company have a better way dealing with Certificate of Mailing? Right now we have to hand write all the addresses into the book and take it to the post office, we can have anywhere from 25 to 50 a day,then we have to take it to the post office. If one comes in after the post office run has already been completed then we have to make another run which costs our department time and money.

Any suggestions would be a great help.

There may be software solutions that might help expedite the process of filling out the Certificate of Mailing / Firm Mailing Book form, but this depends on what format you have your database in that could more automatically populate the form and your mailing processes.

 

I would suggest that you reach out to your PB consultant so that they can fully understand your application and make a recommendation as to what solution might work for you.
