I am having trouble downloading the necessary updates  on my P700.  I refilled our postage and then it said it needed updated but seems to hangup on update 2 of 6 at 77% then says error system default DE13 and asks to restart but I am unable to power it down w/o unplugging it.  PLEASE HELP...I can't do anything with the machine until these updates are in according to the machine!!!
