PC Meter Connect will not recognize my meter. USB recognizes the new hardware, I have updated the meter over a phone line and it is showing Version H.02. Unplugged meter and plugged back in, tried different USB ports, restarted computer.
I'm out of ideas. How do you get this to work????????

rirwin,
Thank you for these details.
If your USB port is 1.0, we would highly suggest using a 2.0 port. If the USB port on your PC is 2.0, then I would suggest trying a different 2.0 port, preferably on the back of your PC instead of the front. I would reboot your PC also when trying these different ports. I can also suggest that you have the meter turned on, and the USB cable connected to your meter, but not to the PC. Then, after the PC is completely booted up, connect the USB cable to a 2.0 port on the back of your PC.
If the PC still does not recognize the machine, my next thought would be firewall and ports. In your firewall, you will want to make sure you have ports 20 and 80 open.
Thank you,
Jeremy
