Thank you for your post. I am guessing that you probably have the 64 bit version of Vista. If so, could you take a look at this thread: K7M0 meter Mailstation Assistant Installation
If you are actually running 32 bit Vista, could you let me know what type of message you are receiving when trying to install this program?
