Unable to complete the CBP updates

I have the DM100i hooked up with the PC Meter Connect. I've never had problems checking our balance or any rate updates. This time I'm trying to get all the updates for the Commercial Base Pricing. I've been able to download 4 of 5 files. However, it ALWAYS freezes on the 5th file. After unplugging the meter and rebooting it, it recognizes that it already got 4 files and tries to only download the 5th.
Any ideas?
