I have a P700 and have also had problems try to connect to the Data Center via the internet using PC Meter Connect software. I was able to refill postage just fine the other day, but when I try to install the software updates, it gets stuck on 5 of 5 with a percentage and doesn't go any further. I've tried rebooting, tried it using a different computer, tried changing the internet settings, and nothing works. We can't connect to the data center using phone lines because we have a digital phone system. What are we supposed to do??!!
