Signature Service

Do I need to contact my Sales Rep. to get Signature Service on my DM 1000? I thought I had used this option before I had a meter swap out. I keep getting a message that says Electronic Confirmation not available in this mode.

Hello brett02,

 

Thank you for your post.  If you do not have the ability to select special services such as E-Certified and/or E-Return Receipt, this is because these special services are not available on your meter.  However, I see that you noted that you had your meter swapped, and now you can no longer select these special services as you were able to on your previous meter.  I would like to take a look into this.
