When will Pitney Bowes begin a recycle program?
We received a reconditioned print head but there is no information for returning the old print head. Why can that not be reconditioned?
If Cartridge World offers to refill your cartridges why does Pitney Bowes not have a return/reuse program?

CClinc,
Thank you for your post, and that certainly is a very good suggestion. I don't have a good answer as to why we don't have a recycling program in place. I can tell you that I have passed your suggestion on to my superiors.
If you would like to recycle your used ink cartridges, I would recommend that you do a Google search for recycling programs in your state.
I apologize for the inconvenience, hopefully we will have a program in place at some point in the future.
Thanks again for your suggestion,
Ben

After my initial responce to this thread, I learned that we do in fact have a recycling program in place:
In the U.S., please place your empty Pitney Bowes cartridge in a plastic zipper bag, put the bag in an envelope and mail it to:
Pitney Bowes Ink Cartridge Recycling Program
27 Waterview Drive, MSC 14-00, Shelton, CT 06484
In fact, Pitney Bowes is stepping up its efforts towards more "Green" practices:
