I installed the update for our DM 100i machine today.  After it was done it's telling me that the Postal Inspection is required.  I start the connection by checking the PBP balance which it does, but the inspection message does not go away.  I've connected probably 10 times today but it keeps popping up.  I'm pretty sure it's making the connection because I've even added a couple dollars to the machine and each time it was succesful but still, the message does not go away.  Any help is appreciated!

I have the same issue on my DM 100i starting yesterday 4.8.09.

I finally called customer support and apparently the update didn't finish on my machine. They had to manually send the rest of the files, once they did the inspection required message is gone.  Maybe yours is having the same issue.
