Postage Accounting w/o printing postage

We use a presort house for our mail. They do not want postage on the flats. Is there any way to run this mail through the DM1000 for accounting purposes but not print postage? They were talking about a sealed meter, anyone ever hear of this?

Thank you for your post, this is a good questions.  The simplest way to perform this is to put the machine on Seal Only Mode.

 

  • Press the Mode button
  • Select Seal Menu
  • Select Seal Only
