We have had the DM500 for several years and had no problem. Today we tried to get a Postage by Phone balance and got the following error:

     Infrastructure Error

     Service: 1

     Error Code: 303/0

     PSD Status: 0000

When we tried to just add postage, instead of checking the balance, the error message was very similar:

     Infrastructure Error

     Service: 2

     Error Code: 303/0

     PSD Status: 0000

Any help with what to do would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for posting this question.  That error message on your machine is indicating that your machine is not making a proper connection to our Data Center.  Because there could be any number of reasons why this is happening, I would recommend that you make a service request so that you will get the fastest assistance possible.  Click the link below for instructions on how to do this.
