Incorrect account number when dialing data center

I am trying to set up a replacement k700. When I dial in it states checking PBP balances and then comes up Incorrect account number. Then the only option it gives me is to change communication settings?

When you have this error on your K700, we will need to make an adjustment in our database to correct this.
You can send me a private message with your account number, by clicking on my username, PB-Jeremy, and selecting "send this user a private message." I will then respond to your private message with a confirmation that this has been corrected.
Otherwise, you can contact our postage by phone department at 1-800-243-7800, and they can correct this with you.
