How do I determine what zone for sending Express Mail? I am confused by this?

As long as you are sending domestic, don't worry about the zoning, that is not as big a deal as you think. Domestically the rates are pretty standard for most special services provided by the USPS. Please go to the following link for the USPS and see all the explanations of the Express Mail that you will ever need and probably more that you don't.
