Hello,
We are trying to work with a printer W660, we have the problem that when we send something to print the printer shows an error message "Address to High."
We sent from Microsoft Word, PDF, including from our own application and the error is always the same.
We try to look for information at Google about this message but we had no luck, I hope somebody can help us.
Thank you

Hervey,
W600 Address Right Printer
Address too high / Address too low
You can clear the "address too high" or "address too low" message on your W660 Address Right Printer by following these directions.
- Turn the power off using the On/Off switch (located next to the power cable at the back of the printer).
- Hold down the Test button while powering up the printer.
- Continue to hold down the Test button until the message Memory Reset Phase 1 displays.
Note: If this message does not display, turn off the printer and start again. - Turn the printer off.
- Hold down the Test button while powering up the printer.
- Continue to hold down the Test button until the message memory Reset Phrase 2 displays.
- Turn off the printer.
- Hold down the Test button while powering up the printer.
- Continue to hold down the Test button until the message Memory Reset Phrase 3 displays.
- Turn off the printer.
- Hold down the Test button while powering up the printer.
- Continue to hold down the Test button until the message Memory Reset Phrase 4 - Reset successfully completed displays.
- Turn off the printer and turn it back on without holding down the Test button.
Result: The reset procedure is complete.
Note: If you are not printing from either SmartMailer or Envelope Designer Stand-Alone software, or you are not using a Pitney Bowes printer driver, it may be necessary to set up the address layout at the printer again.
