How can I check what software version I have installed on our DM100i?  When I try to use PC Meter Connect the meter "fails to initiate" and I want to make sure I have software 16.04 installed.

Hi TBert,

here are the steps to check your DM100i software version:

1 Press Reports

2  Select Printable Report

3  Scroll down and select Configuration Rpt

4  When prompted, insert tape sheet or envelope into machine to print the report

5 Confirm the "UIC: <Software Version>"
