DM300-c and constanant connection

I have a DM300c and am getting a new digital line.  My phone provider told me that the postage meter would not work on the line and that I needed to network my device with a device called 'constant connection'.  I purchased the device and when I installed it i constantly get "connection lost" when i try to load postage.  I thought it might be a network firewall issue so i download the 'Meter test contivity' utility.  When i run it everything comes up OK.  Im not sure what it wrong. 

 

Can anybody give me a suggestion?

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for your post!

 

When all the tests come back as OK from the meter test connectivity utility (see link below), you should be able to make a connection.  Because you are unable to make a connection, I would like to look into this with you, which will require looking at specific information on your meter.  Because this is a public forum, I have sent you a private message.  Could you please click on "Messages" on the upper right hand corner of the page and then "Account Information."
