We have a DM200 and we are trying to connect it to a windows xp 32 bit system. I installed the software and when it tells me to hook the machine up i do so and then it installs the driver but when it goes to find it to initialize the machine it just sits there eventually it will say printer not found. I have tried different usb cables with no luck. I have tried messing with the settings on the device and seen no where that i could change the device to usb it just always wants to dial out. Any one seen this before?
