My orig problem:

I just did an update, after it completed, the screen says...

System Fault DE13

Please Reset. Turn off power, then turn on. 

How do I restart? There is no restart button, and no other button does anything (inluding the power).

New Problem:

So I tried to do the update again and watch the screen.

Right now it has been on update file 1 of 6 @ 4% for a while now.

I have a couple numbers on the back, what is the serical number?

US: CFTMD108BP700

or something else?

it is definitely stuck a file 1 of 6 @ 4%

pulled the plug and started over.

Now it is stuck at file 2 of 6 @ 12%

After numerous attempts (pulling power cord and retrying) it finally updated.

I'm sorry to hear you were having problems with this.  I'm glad your machine is working properly now.
