Not sure how to post a new topic so I'm hoping this gets to the correct person. I just replaced the ink Cartridge on our DM100i and it won't print at all, I mean the cartridge is discharging ink, but it's not ending up on the envelope. Purged the heads, took the print head out and cleaned it up. Ran the update on the machine but it won't print. I was printing just fine before I changed out the cartridge. Any clue an what to do to correct this issue.

Mark,
I found this info on the PB website:
"The DM100i may be in seal-only mode, which disables printing. Press Home to return to the Home screen and resume printing."
I hope this helps solve your problem!
