We just got a DM100i to replace our B700 and I having issues getting it to download the s/w updates. When I hit continue on the screen that tells me I have to update the s/w I get to the screen that says File 1 of 3 and it stays at 0%. I get the message internet detected and I can bring up the PB balance as well. Is there an alternate method to download the software.

On a side note the phone transfer tells me that because of technical difficulties the system cannot help me at this time, this is after I enter the meter serial number. Any help is much appreciated

I would first like to reset the software update request in our server, and have you attempt to download this software update again.  I have sent you a private message, as I will need to know which meter you have.  Could you please click on "Message" on the upper right hand corner of this page, and then click on Software Update.

We are trying to download the update from Sept.  It appears that it is trying to update but will only go so far then it stops then we have to unplug the unit to re-set.
