We are currently changing all of our analog line over to digital (VOIP) all of our analog line (fax machine, mostly) have been converted over without any problems, however the pb machine is having problems. if i plug it into the analog line, it work without a problem, when I plug into the digital line it doesn't. we are using a cisco VG248. it converts digital to analog. my question is everything from the cisco side of the house if functional, is there a setting within the DM1000 that needs to be changed?
thanks in advance for any advice

Hi pbsupport,
Thank you for posting your question here.
I'm sorry, but our mail machines are currently not compatible with digital lines, such as VoIP. There are 2 type of lines you can use to make a connection:
If you still have an analog phone line, I would suggest using this line. However, if you have completely converted over to digital, then I would suggest using your network. To use your network, you will need a network adapter for the mail machine known as "Constant Connection." This can be ordered here.
Thank you,
Jeremy
