Connection to Data Center Lost

"Connection to Data Center Lost". Power cycle or call for assistance. I turned the machine off several times. From the menu tried to update. Does it need to be updated or not?

When you have error DE1D on your meter, please follow these directions:
- Turn off the machine for at least 1 minute and turn it back on
If this does not clear the error:
- On the keyboard on the meter, hold Shift, the Symbol key and the “I” key and release. This will force a reboot.
The “I” key should be pressed and released immediately. Holding down the I key may change the display contrast. If this does not clear the error, then a service representative will need to be dispatched.
