I recently downloaded the update to our DM400. If I am understanding this correctly the Post Office will accept the discounted mail rate if it is stated on the postage label (CBP) other wise you will have to pay the difference for priority and express mail at the counter. I printed off the new postal rate for a priority package but the machine printed the 'Priority Mail Com BasPrice' onto the adjoining label. So now the label isn't long enough to contain the complete message and these Postage Tape Strips are too expensive to be using two at a time. Any ideas on how to get around this issue?

We, too, are having this problem and have had a few pieces of mail returned. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon, as our volume of outgoing mail increases drastically in the month of December.

We are also having problems with the CBP not being shown on all of the labels that it is suppose to, so it is then sent back for lack of postage This is very frustrating & we are coming into a very busy season. Will this problem be resolved soon???
