Audit Due

Our system (DM500) says Audit Due as well as Systems Check Due.  I have connected and checked for updates and it continues to say Audit Due.  I can not find anything in our manual regarding this.  Any suggestions on what I need to do?

When your meter displays the message Audit Due or Systems Check Due, you will need to check your postage by phone balance.  You can do this by following these directions:

 

  • Connect the analog phone line or network cable to your meter
  • Press the Funds button
  • Select Get PbP Balance
  • Follow the prompts on your display until you return to the main display

 

This will clear the message, and you will be able to process mail again.
