Can you charge an account postage without metering or running a tape.  I have a DM 575 mailing system.

Hi trojan,

This depends on which accounting program you have on your meter, such as Standard or Budget Manager.  Could you let me know which Accounting Program your DM575 has?  You can determine which accounting program is on the meter by pressing the Menu key, select Setup and select Accounting Setup.

I'm sorry, but with Standard Accounting, you cannot manually add or remove funds from an individual account.  This would be what we call a transaction.  With the Budget Manager accounting program, you can make manual transactions, to add funds to an individual account, but this is not an option with the Standard Accounting program.
