Recently, our firm switched to VoIP so we no longer have analog phone lines.
We have PB 3C00/4C00 and it was connected to analog phone jack to recieve updates. Is there an ethernet adapter for 3C00/4C00, if so please provide the link.
Can PB 3C00/4C00 recieve updates via USB? if so do I need to have some sort of app running on the PC?

You can indeed connect your machine to your network (LAN) to make the connections to Pitney Bowes. This thread should help you out with this:

The constant connection device is similar to a USB / Ethernet adapter. However, a non-Pitney Bowes USB / Ethernet adapter will not work with our machines as they don't have the software, firmware or drivers necessary to communicate with Pitney Bowes.
