Why do the e-certified receipts that I download have a password protection on them? Our company just started using the e-certified service from PB. I had two files to download one didn't require a password the other did require one. Any ideas?

I'm sorry, due to Memorial Day, there was a delay in the upload of the signature files to our web site.  Due to this delay, the password encryption was not removed from the files.  We have run a job to remove that password protection.  You should not be prompted for the password now.

If it helps, the password is always PN0YR7.
