Introducing Sophie!

Some of you may have noticed her around and already chatted. If not, I'd like to introduce you to Sophie. Sophie is our newest addition to support, to help you find what you're looking for more easily. Along with forums, we also offer help online through support, search and site FAQs (Such as the ones in My Account). We're all pretty excited with the help Sophie's been able to provide over the last few days, and have a team dedicated to making her smarter, and better able to answer the types of question you'd like to throw at her.

 

So the next time you have a question that needs answering, you might want to give Sophie a try.
