You didn't really ask a question, but I appreciate your comments, and we value your business!
Being that you mail at "full rate for your postage", your district isn't subject to the Move Update Standard.
We have many school districts as customers though, that utilize our SmartMailer or AddressRight Pro solutions to reduce their postage spend. You might want to consider investigating this to see if you could save your district some postage dollars!
