I am currently using Smartmailer software for all my presort mailings. The software is updated quarterly, Is this sufficent to meet the Move up date requirements in November or do I need to do something else to meet the requirements.

IF your SmartMailer software includes our NCOALink solution called VeriMove, then by using VeriMove, you'll meet the Move Update regulation.  If you do not have VeriMove, please reach out to your Pitney Bowes consultant.  He/she will discuss the addition of VeriMove with you, and address any other questions or concerns that you may have relative to your mailing applications and the Move Update Standard.
