Hello,
From time to time we send out letters or post cards by bulk mail and have always had our title company print our labels and set them up for bulk mail barcoding. They will no longer provide us with the barcoding service, so we have no idea what to do. We will still be able to have our labels printed by them, but can we use Pitney Bowes somehow to set up for bulk mail? Or what is the easiest way for us to go about sending bulk mail?
We have letters ready to go out so we would really appreciate your imput!
Thanks so much,
Megan

Hello Megan!
Yes, Pitney Bowes has very user-friendly software that can easily validate your addresses for accuracy, check for address changes (i.e., people that have moved) and sort the addresses by ZIP Code or area to get the lowest postage prices possible. You also have the opportunity to eliminate the cost of printing and applying labels because our printers can print the addresses (and graphics or messages) directly onto your mailpieces, envelopes or postcards.
To help you, please contact 1-800-322-8000 and ask for your Pitney Bowes consultant to meet with you. Together, you can discuss your mailing applications and decide the best option(s) to consider. You may very well find that brining your mailing back "in-house" from the service you were using will not only save you postage dollars, but also material costs!
If you have additional questions or comments, please let me know!
Kind regards,
Elizabeth
