Before we purchased the Pittney Bowes in the flyer it said something about receiving $15 coupons monthly. I have not received any coupons. And I need to order ink cartriges. How do i go about doing this?

You can order supplies for your Pitney Bowes equipment by going to our online store at  www.pb.com/supplies, or by calling  1-800-243-7824 (M-F 8am-7pm ET).  

Sorry to hear about the coupon, I'm not aware of that promotion but the folks at the number above should be able to help with that.

By the way do you use your Pitney Bowes machine to put the postage on your mail? or are you using it to print the destination address?
