Hello- I am currently trying to convert our customer to Ecertfied return recpt.

The challenge is this site has over 500 different depts. Would you be able to set me off on the right foot for conversion. The 3 calls to our local Post Office for advice have gotten me no where.

Transitioning from the traditional "green card" Return Receipt to eRR is a really smart move!  Efficiency and cost-savings!

I am going to do some double-checking on this one for you and get back to you.  Typically, for one location and one meter, the USPS would be assigning one Mailer ID, which would be applicable to all 500 departments.  Is it your intent to try and separate out the eRR's by all 500 departments?
