Remove Consumer Based Pricing rates - 2013

Can someone please let us know how to reset our DM200L meter to only accept regular rates instead of the CBP (Consumer based pricing discounted) rates?  When we did the rate update, it gave us the CBP rates, and from what I've read, we no longer qualify for them without using bigger/better barcodes.  Thanks Very Much!

Thank you for your message.  When using a Pitney Bowes postage meter, you qualify to use the reduced Commercial Base Pricing rates.  In the USPS Domestic Mail Manuel, in the Commercial Mail section and then Postage Payment section, it is written that a postage evidencing system indicia is a valid postage payment method.  This qualifies you to use the reduced Commercial Base Pricing rates.  Here is a link to the USPS Domestic Mail Manuel:

Thanks,

Jeremy
