2009 USPS Postage Rate Change

I need help!! I cannot get my machine to change to .44

I have gone through the steps to change the presets 3 times and have turned the

machine off for 30 seconds and it still reverts back to .42

Any other advice??

Sorry about the hassle with this, but we have a different couple models of DM400.  Can you let me know which one you have?

OK -  

My contract says DM400 with intellilink interface ....Doesn't look like either of those photos.

There is no scale, only a feeder and the screen which sits upright

My Operator Guide Book says DM300L and DM400L

The code I was given to download the new rates was G800

I'm just wondering...Have you tried unplugging your machine? If not, I would recommend doing so for 3 - 5 minutes and then plugging it back in. I believe your meter is supposed to download rate changes automatically.

I'm sorry, that was my mistake, you have the DM300L / DM400L series.

When you try to update the meter, if it says no updates available, could you take a look at this thread: 

"It still says $0.42" - --HOW TO UPDATE PRESETS ON YOUR METER
