2009 USPS Postage Rate Change

Several days ago I called to make account changes, and I also ordered rate change chart for my E-707 scale, which they said would be here before the rate change date. Not so, but....it's not the first time I have been disapointed by PB.   Richard Whalen, Modern Woodmen of America Largo, Fl

Thank you for your message, and sorry to hear this didn't go smoothly for you.  At www.pb.com/ratechange, near the bottom of the page is a link "Order a Postal Rate Chart."  If you click on this and then click on "Download Chart", you can print this chart from your computer.
